This new policy applies to new orders placed after 2/18/2025.
Customer satisfaction means everything to us! We hope you do love your Angrila purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we have options to get you in the perfect dress.
Easy Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help! We accept returns for standard size dresses within 10 days of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. Please keep in mind that all dresses are uniquely made to order to keep low costs for our customers.
Angrila will issue a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to Contact Us directly for assistance with processing your return.
Key Return Details
Return Window
We offer a 10-day return window for most purchases (exclusions listed below). The return window begins when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. From that time, you have 10 days (including weekends and holidays) to make a return/exchange request. After this, returns are no longer accepted.
Condition of Returns
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with any tags or hanging ribbons attached. All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, without animal hair, or any other signs of wear to be returned. An original package is preferred.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fee is at your expense. And a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit (see details below).
For domestic order returns
Which would be deducted from the total order amount if you choose to use our label.
For international order returns
Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Return an Item
First contact customer service on our website at info@angrila.com to request a return.Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.
Ship Back Your Item
After receiving your return application, Once we have approved your request, you will be sent a return form which needs to be included with your return. Please send your item(s) within 7 days from receiving the return form.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
ATTN: Please note that any amount paid for expedited shipping or international shipping is non-refundable.
Refunds
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5-8 business days for the refund or store credit to appear in your account(the processing time depends on your payment method and bank).
🚫 Please Note: Angrila will not replace, return, refund, or otherwise compensate you for any unauthorized returns or non-Angrila items that you may have accidentally sent to us.
What items are excluded from returns and exchanges
Sale items or any item marked Final Sale on the product page
Customized Items & Accessories( g., personalized or made-to-order)
Items purchased as part of a Buy-Many-Keep-One promotion
Returns from multiple orders should not be combined in one box
Exchange Policy
Because all items are made-to-order, we do not have ready-made dresses or products that can be shipped in exchange for your returned items. You will need to return unwanted items (if eligible per the return policy), and then place a new order for the replacement items. All new orders are subject to the current production period.
Please notice:
you don't like the dress or the dress does not fit for the party are not the reasons for return. Please confirm with our customer service, before you order it.
we make the dresses strictly follow the size your choose, please check our size chart before making the order. Or you also can contact us when having any problems to choose the size. We do not response for the size error caused by your side.
Cancellation Policy
All our items are made-to-order, including standard size items, with this in mind, please refer to our cancellation policy below:
• Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled.
• Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
• Cancel order 24–72 hours after payment: 70% refund + shipping fee.
• Cancel order 72-120 hours after payment: 50% refund + shipping fee.
• Cancel order > 120 hours after payment: Refund of shipping fee only.
• Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

FOR ALL CUSTOM SIZE DRESSES:
At Angrila, we understand that you may want the dress to ideal fit! To help you out, we offer custom sizing on most of our dresses. Custom sizing takes the same amount of time to make and ship to you!
A few things to remember about custom dresses:
Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you color choice or provide (bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses. Please double check your measurements and color choice before ordering.
About Sizing / Alterations
Sizes shown on product pages are in U.S. sizes and are given to us by the designer.
Please note that designers may use different sizing conventions from each other or from other types of clothing you may be used to, so make sure to check the measuring guide we provide on each product page and match it to the product's size chart to ensure your best fit!
We understand that sometimes small alterations are needed, we offer limited alterations reimbursement for the reason caused by us for our custom sizes. Simply send us a picture of your receipt from the tailor and your order number and we'll do the rest! Yes, it really is that easy!
It's also important to remember that there are many different body shapes and alteration is very often required on special occasion dresses to make it just right for you!
